分别建立Z形周期压痕管与参考光管模型,运用CFD分析软件FLUENT进行数值模拟计算,对比分析两种模型模拟计算结果,考察Z形周期压痕管管内强化传热性能及Z形周期压痕管的三个模型参数对其传热性能的影响.结果表明:Z形周期压痕管能够有效提升管内强化传热性能,且通过进一步分析Z形周期压痕管结构参数对其强化传热性能的影响,得出Z形周期压痕管管内传热强化性能随压痕深度d的增大而增大,随倾斜角度θ及参数L的增大而减小.
The model of Z-shaped periodic indentation tube and reference tube was established, and the numerical simulation was carried out by using CFD software FLUENT. The simulation results of two models were compared and analyzed. The heat transfer performance and Z- The results show that the Z-shaped periodical indentation tube can effectively enhance the heat transfer enhancement in the tube.
