河北省(包括天津市)、上海市、北京市化工厅(局)为了深入开展以粮、钢为中心的增产节约运动,采用“四结合”(领导干部、技术人员、工人和财务人员)方式,在上海联合召开了财务成本工作经验交流会,会议的主要内容是成本的对比分析和财务管理经验介绍。重点地对比分析了电解烧碱、电石、球鞋等产品。通过成本这一综合性指标,具体地对生产能力、产品质量、技术经济指标、劳动组织、企业管理等进行了系统、全面的对比分析。参加会议的人员还到生产现场边看边比。这是一次技术与经济密切结合的经验配套会议。这次会议,取得了以下几点经验和收获:一、从成本开始对生产的各项指标进行全面的对比分析,是挖掘企业潜力、贯彻增产节约的一个好办法。由于成本是一个综合性指标,成本高低同产量、质量、物料消耗、劳动组织、安全生产等都
