圆导轨的几何精度是影响大型立车、滚齿机及炮台等设备的加工精度或回转平稳性的主要因素。通常采用水平仪和桥板进行测量,测量方法有径向测量和周向测量两种。所谓组合量法,就是将径向测量与周向测量的数据组合在一起进行处理。这样作可以提高精度,是一种不增加任何测量设备,并且可以提高测量精度的好办法。为了说明组合测量的效果,首先分析径向测量和周向测量的精度。
The geometric precision of the circular guide rail is the main factor that affects the machining accuracy or slewing stability of large vertical lathe, hobbing machine and turret. Level and bridge are usually used for measurement, measurement methods are two kinds of radial and circumferential measurements. The so-called combination of quantitative methods, is the combination of radial and circumferential measurements of data processing. This improves precision and is a good way to increase measurement accuracy without adding any measurement equipment. To illustrate the effectiveness of the combined measurements, the accuracy of the radial and circumferential measurements is first analyzed.
