本文论述了在工业铝电解槽中加氧化锰直接生产Al—Mn合金的基本原理,并阐述了在24KA铝电解槽上生产Al—Mn合金的试验方法。除电流效率稍许降低外,其它各项经济技术指标不变。试验表明该法工艺合理,合金质量好,试验是成功的。
This paper discusses the basic principle of direct production of Al-Mn alloy with manganese oxide in industrial aluminum electrolytic cell and describes the test method of producing Al-Mn alloy in 24KA aluminum electrolytic cell. In addition to a slight reduction in current efficiency, the other economic and technical indicators unchanged. Tests show that the process is reasonable, the alloy is of good quality and the test is successful.
