设计开发了一套工作面刮板输送机监控及故障诊断系统,该系统根据刮板输送机机尾推移油缸压力和位移,实现了对刮板输送机链条的预张紧功能以及张紧力的手动控制功能和自动控制功能。文章重点阐述了结合神经网络和数据融合方法的故障诊断过程,现场运行结果表明:该系统运行稳定,可以满足监测和诊断刮板输送机运行状态,控制链条张紧力的需求。
Design and development of a face scraper conveyor monitoring and fault diagnosis system, the system according to the scraper conveyor tail cylinder pressure and displacement pushed to achieve the scraper conveyor chain pre-tensioning function and the tension Manual control and automatic control functions. The article focuses on the fault diagnosis process combined with neural network and data fusion method.
