1983年2月27日(农历元宵节)清晨,时任中共中央政治局常委、中央顾问委员会主任、中央军委主席的邓小平同志,从南方视察工作返京途中,来兖州视察工作。当时的山东省公安厅厅长郭宏毅、副厅长韩邦聚,济宁地委书记郑伟民,兖州县委书记丁培德,兖州县林业站副站长张繁亮等到兖州火车站迎接。
On February 27, 1983 (Lunar Lantern Festival) early in the morning, Comrade Deng Xiaoping, then the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Advisory Commission, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, visited Yanzhou from the south to visit Beijing. At that time, Guo Hongyi, director of Shandong Provincial Public Security Department, Han Bangju, deputy director, Zheng Weimin, secretary of Jining prefectural committee, Ding Peide, secretary of Yanzhou county party committee and Zhang Fanliang, associate chief of forestry station of Yanzhou County, arrived at Yanzhou Railway Station.
