细胞凋亡作为一种主要发生在生理条件下的细胞死亡方式,日益受到学者们的重视。对于多细胞生物而言,具备对细胞凋亡的调控能力是非常重要的。膜功能的完整性是细胞凋亡和坏死的根本区别。核小体间DNA断裂结构至今仍是唯一可以定性检测细胞凋亡的生化指标、TUNEL方法和流式细胞仪为检测细胞凋亡提供了新的手段。细胞凋亡诱导基因的过度表达或细胞凋亡抑制基因的过度表达在卵巢癌的发生中有重要意义,对于这些某因的调控研究将产生新的肿瘤疗法。
As a cell death mode that occurs mainly under physiological conditions, apoptosis is receiving more and more attention by scholars. For multicellular organisms, it is important to have the ability to regulate apoptosis. The integrity of membrane function is a fundamental difference between apoptosis and necrosis. Nucleosome DNA structure is still the only biochemical marker that can qualitatively detect apoptosis. TUNEL method and flow cytometry provide a new means to detect apoptosis. Overexpression of apoptosis-inducing genes or over-expression of apoptosis-suppressing genes play an important role in the development of ovarian cancer, and research on the regulation of these causes will lead to new tumor therapy.
