大鼠实验性脾虚证胃粘膜酶组织化学的研究

对实验性脾虚证等4组大鼠的胃粘膜进行了组织化学和一般的组织学研究.结果表明,4组的胃粘膜均未见异常的组织学变化.实验性脾虚组的 SDH、NSE、CA 酶的活性低于对照组;LDH 酶的活性高于对照组;ATPase 和 ALP 酶的活性无明显的变化.与自然恢复组相比,治疗组以上几种酶的活性基本接近于对照组的水平.显微分光光度计的测定结果与光镜半定量结果一致.结果提示,实验性脾虚组胃粘膜酶的代谢出现异常,是导致消化功能障碍的原因之一.经四君子汤治疗后,脾虚组的几种酶活性可基本恢复正常. The histochemical and general histological studies on the gastric mucosa of the four groups of experimental spleen-deficiency syndromes were performed. The results showed that there were no abnormal histological changes in the gastric mucosa of the four groups. Experimental Spleen Deficiency Group SDH, NSE, The activity of CA enzyme was lower than that of the control group; the activity of LDH enzyme was higher than that of the control group; the activity of ATPase and ALP enzyme did not change significantly. Compared with the natural recovery group, the activity of several enzymes in the treatment group was basically similar to that of the control group. The level of microscopic spectrophotometry results are consistent with the semi-quantitative results of light microscopy. The results suggest that abnormal metabolism of the gastric mucosal enzymes in the experimental spleen deficiency group is one of the causes of digestive dysfunction. After treatment with Sijunzi Decoction, spleen deficiency The group of several enzyme activities can be restored to normal.
