不久前,笔者有幸目睹了江苏省徐州市铜山县大庙镇乡镇企业承包竞争的动人情景:全镇162家乡镇企业公开向社会招标厂长,有700多人投标竞争,经过一番激烈的角逐,获胜者中半数以上是新人,他们承包的产值、利润指标,均比企业1987年的实绩高25%以上,可净增工业产值1000万元,利润100万元。竞争给企业带来的良好效益和发现了大批经营人才,无疑令人欢欣鼓舞。
