党的十六届六中全会通过了《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》,构建和谐社会是一项需要社会各方面共同参与的系统工程,构建和谐企业是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。笔者认为,在当今社会,构建和谐企业要做好六个坚持:坚持以发展为第一要务,坚持以依法办企业为方向,坚持以企业和员工的“双赢”为目标,坚持以营造融洽的员工关系为根本,坚持以抓好企业稳定和安全生产为关键,坚持以党对企业的领导为保证。
The Sixth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Party adopted the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues concerning the Building of a Harmonious Socialist Society.
