目的:建立复方黄芩颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用HPLC法对复方黄芩颗粒中的黄芩苷进行含量测定,以C18化学键合硅胶为固定相,以甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2)为流动相,测定波长280 nm;用TLC方法对方中黄芩,地榆进行了鉴别。结果: 薄层鉴别斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰,在0.2084-4.168μg范围内,黄芩苷峰面积与进样量有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7), 平均加样回收率为100.9%,RSD为2.5%。结论:方法可靠,操作简便,重现性良好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of compound Radix Scutellariae granules. Methods: The content of baicalin in compound Radix Scutellariae was determined by HPLC. C18 chemically bonded silica gel was used as the stationary phase. The mobile phase was methanol - water - phosphoric acid (47: 53: 0.2) The TLC method of the other side skullcap, Burnet elm were identified. Results: The TLC spots were clear and no interference was found in the negative control. There was a good linear relationship between the area of baicalin and the injection volume in the range of 0.2084-4.168 μg (r = 0.999 7) The rate was 100.9% and the RSD was 2.5%. Conclusion: The method is reliable, simple and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
