以小麦花药胚性愈伤组织为材料,研究了用1mg·L-1NaCl处理后几种重要酶活性的变化。结果表明:NaCl处理能抑制愈伤组织生长,使可溶性蛋白质含量、组织含水量降低,SOD,POD活性升高;随着胁迫程度增加,MDA含量升高,膜脂过氧化程度加剧,POD,LOX活性升高,SOD活性下降
The embryogenic callus of wheat anther was used as material to study the changes of several important enzyme activities after treatment with 1 mg · L-1 NaCl. The results showed that NaCl treatment could inhibit the growth of callus and decrease the contents of soluble protein and tissue water and the activity of SOD and POD. With the increase of stress, the content of MDA increased and the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation increased. The contents of POD and LOX Activity increased, SOD activity decreased
