在包装机械的裹包执行机构中,常用曲柄摇杆机构完成裹包的折叠工作。该类曲柄摇杆机构给定曲柄与摇杆的两组对应位置,且其中一组位置为机构的外极限位置。提出基于Frendenstein方程,用解析法设计这类机构。在给出利用Frendenstein方程设计机构过程的基础上,用极位条件给出补充方程,并采用降维求解的思想,用搜索迭代法求解。详细介绍了设计过程,并用VB联合Pro/E开发了这类机构设计的通用设计系统,能够实现这类机构的参数化设计及仿真。通过实例进行了设计及仿真验证。
Wrap in the packaging machinery executive body, the common crank rocker mechanism to complete the work of folding the package work. This type of crank rocker mechanism gives two corresponding positions of a crank and a rocker, and one of the positions is the outer limit position of the mechanism. Based on the Frendenstein equation, this kind of mechanism is designed by analytic method. Based on the process of designing the mechanism by using Frendenstein equation, the supplementary equation is given with the pole condition, and the idea of the reduced dimension is used to solve the problem with search iterative method. The design process is introduced in detail, and a universal design system for such mechanism design is developed by combining VB with Pro / E to realize parametric design and simulation of such mechanism. Through the example of design and simulation verification.
