目的:通过临床试验,观察和评价国产平台转移设计的WEGO种植系统临床应用的安全性和有效性。方法:选择120例牙列缺损患者植入喷砂和酸蚀(SLA)表面处理的WEGO牙种植体120枚,术前及术后3个月分别进行血液指标检查;术后2-4个月行种植修复,随访观察1年。通过临床观察软、硬组织状况及用数字化X线曲面断层片对术后即刻、术后一年的种植体颈部近、远中边缘骨高度进行测量分析,对其临床效果进行评价。结果:120例患者植入前后血液指标差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);120枚种植体骨结合良好,留存率100%,成功率100%,无并发症;种植手术后即刻、手术后1年种植体颈部近中边缘骨高度分别为(0.15±0.46)、(0.00±0.38)mm;远中边缘骨高度分别为(0.06±0.43)、(0.00±0.41)mm。种植手术后第1年种植体颈部边缘骨吸收量近中为(0.15±0.36)mm;远中为(0.06±0.37)mm。讨论:WEGO种植体外形是微锥形,具有一定的自攻性,可获得良好的初期稳定性;SLA表面处理可以缩短种植体骨结合时间;种植体与基台连接的平台转移设计可明显减少种植体颈部边缘骨吸收,修复效果稳定有效。结论:WEGO种植系统是符合目前国际上种植发展潮流的种植系统,临床应用安全可靠。
Objective: To observe and evaluate the safety and effectiveness of clinical application of WEGO implantation system designed by domestic platform transfer through clinical trials. Methods: A total of 120 WEGO dental implants implanted by sandblasting and acid etching (SLA) were implanted in 120 patients with dentition defect. The blood indexes were examined before and 3 months after operation. After 2-4 months Line planting repair, follow-up observation for 1 year. By clinical observation of soft and hard tissue conditions and the use of digital X-ray surface tomography of the immediate postoperative one year after implantation of the proximal and distal bone height measurement and analysis of the clinical effects were evaluated. Results: There was no significant difference in blood index between the 120 patients before and after implantation (P <0.05). The bone of 120 implants was well combined, the retention rate was 100% and the success rate was 100%. There was no complications. Immediately after operation and after operation The bone heights of the proximal and middle margin of the 1-year implants were (0.15 ± 0.46) and (0.00 ± 0.38) mm, respectively. The height of the medial and distal bones were (0.06 ± 0.43) and (0.00 ± 0.41) mm, respectively. In the first year after implantation, the margin of cervical bone at the implant site was (0.15 ± 0.36) mm in the proximal and (0.06 ± 0.37) mm in the distal. Discussion: The shape of WEGO implants is slightly conical, with some self-tapping and good initial stability. SLA surface treatment can shorten the time of implant osteosynthesis. The platform transfer design of implants and abutments can be significantly reduced The edge of the implant bone absorption, stable and effective repair. Conclusion: The WEGO planting system is a planting system that is in line with the current trend of planting and growing in the world. The clinical application is safe and reliable.
