随着经济的发展,社会的进步,我国公立医院为了适应时代发展的趋势,也在进行着各项体制的改革。尤其是我国公立医院的财务管理,是现如今我国公立医院进行改革的重点。财务管理在医院中占有重要的地位,甚至可以说其对于医院的发展前景起到了决定性的作用。在近些年来,国家也在提倡并且不断深化医药卫生体制改革。在这种新形势下,我国公立医院的资金运作方式、收入结构、资金管理等各方面都在发生着巨大的变化。虽然从整体上来看,都是向着更好的方向发展着,但是这其中依旧有一些问题的存在。本论文重点研究在我国公立医院财务管理中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。
With economic development and social progress, public hospitals in our country are also carrying out various institutional reforms in order to adapt to the trend of the times. In particular, the financial management of public hospitals in our country is now the focus of reform in public hospitals in our country. Financial management occupies an important position in the hospital, and even can say that it plays a decisive role in the development of the hospital. In recent years, the state is also advocating and deepening the reform of the medical and health system. Under such a new situation, great changes have taken place in all aspects of the operation of funds, income structure and fund management in public hospitals in our country. Although the overall point of view, are moving in a better direction, but there are still some problems which exist. This thesis focuses on the problems existing in the financial management of public hospitals in our country and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
