目的探讨系统健康教育以家庭随诊方式对脑卒中患者远期效果的观察。方法将150例脑卒中患者按住院时间分为实验组54例和对照组51例。按常规健康教育为对照组,按系统健康教育为实验组,并以家庭随访的方式比较两组患者的远期效果。结果干预后两组患者在疾病相关知识知晓率、功能锻炼依从性、护证满意度等方面差异明显。结论通过系统健康教育以家庭随访方式可了解患者的所思、所想、所需。选择合适的时间不断强化巩固患者的健康意识,帮助脑卒中患者改变不良生活习惯,建立健康的生活方式,提高了其日常生活能力及生活质量,弥补了患者出院后护理支持不足的缺陷,提高了护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the long-term effect of systematic health education on stroke patients with family follow-up. Methods According to the hospitalization time, 150 stroke patients were divided into experimental group (54 cases) and control group (51 cases). According to the routine health education as the control group, according to the system health education as the experimental group, the long-term effect of the two groups of patients was compared by family follow-up. Results After intervention, the two groups of patients showed significant differences in the awareness of disease-related knowledge, functional exercise compliance, and degree of satisfaction with nursing certificates. Conclusion Through systematic health education, family visits can be used to understand what patients think, what they want and what they want. Choose the right time to continue to strengthen the patient’s health awareness, to help stroke patients to change bad habits, to establish a healthy lifestyle, improve their daily living ability and quality of life, to make up for the lack of patient care support after discharge defects, improve Nursing satisfaction.
