淋巴瘤是起源于淋巴网状组织的恶性肿瘤,是儿童期常见的恶性肿瘤。但由于临床表现复杂,缺乏特异性的临床表现和体征,故早期诊断困难。我院儿科自1991年1月～1997年12月共收治56例淋巴瘤患儿,其中48例为首诊误诊患儿,占85.7％,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组共48例,男31例,女17例。年龄最小者1.5岁,最大者14岁,中位年龄8岁。从起病至确诊时间>2个月者35例,>6个月 Lymphoma is a malignant tumor that originates from the lymphoid reticular tissue and is a common malignancy in childhood.
