长江是我国的黄金水道,但因长江口“拦门沙”的阻隔,致使“黄金水道”难以发挥黄金效能。“治理长江口,打通拦门沙”成了中国几代航运人的夙愿。经过了近50年的努力,被业界认为是史无前例的长江口深水航道治理工程,今朝终得突破。随着第三期工程的开工,长江航运给了航运界更多的憧憬。
The Yangtze River is the golden waterway of our country, but because of the barrier of the Yangtze River Estuary, it is difficult for the golden waterway to exert its golden potency. “Governing the Yangtze River Estuary, Opening a Door to Sands” has become a long-cherished wish of several generations of Chinese shipping people. After nearly 50 years of hard work, it is considered by the industry to be an unprecedented project of harnessing the Yangtze Estuary Deepwater Channel and it has finally reached a breakthrough. With the commencement of the third phase of the project, shipping to the Yangtze River shipping more vision.
