恶性组织细胞病(恶组)是组织细胞异常增生的恶性疾病,由于组织巨噬细胞系统分布遍及全身,故其增生初发部位不同,临床表现变化多样,早期易误诊为其他疾病。我院1978～1988年5月诊断恶组病40例,现将观察到的5例特殊类型及误诊原因分析如下。 Malignant histiocytosis (malignant group) is a malignant disease of abnormal proliferation of tissue cells.
