发达国家的经验表明,经济发展到一定阶段后,汽车消费的增长能有效拉动内需从而促进国民经济的增长;而汽车消费信贷则是汽车消费增长的重要助推器。从全球来看,目前私人用车的销售70%是通过信贷等方式融资的,30%是现金购买的。比较而言,我国现已拥有轿车的家庭中,办理过汽车消费贷款的却不到10%;显然中国的汽车信货市场还有很大潜力可以挖掘。随着入世冲击效应逐渐显露,我国汽车价格明显下降,汽车消费热潮开始涌动。同时,中国承诺入世后开放外资银行和外资非银行金融机构进入汽车信贷市场。可以预见,空间巨大的中国汽车消费信贷市场将成为中外资金融机构
The experience of developed countries shows that after the economic development reaches a certain stage, the growth of automobile consumption can effectively stimulate domestic demand and promote the growth of the national economy. However, automobile consumer credit is an important booster for the growth of automobile consumption. Globally, 70% of the current sales of private cars are financed through credit and 30% are purchased in cash. In comparison, less than 10% of the households that own cars already have cars in China now account for less than 10% of loans. Obviously, there is still great potential for China’s automobile credit market to tap. With the impact of WTO accession gradually revealed, China’s auto prices dropped significantly, the car consumption craze began surging. At the same time, China promised to open foreign-funded banks and foreign-funded non-bank financial institutions to the automobile credit market after China’s accession to the WTO.
