总后卫生部最近编印了《军队卫生防疫规章制度汇编》,下发全军各级卫生部门。《汇编》包括了近几年来中央军委和总参、总后及总后卫生部陆续颁发的一系列卫生防疫规章制度,同时附录了国家颁发的有关卫生防疫规章制度。这是粉碎“四人帮”以后,卫生工作拨乱反正的成果之一。这些规章制度,是我军几十年卫生防疫工作历史经验的宝贵总结,是部队在执行不同任务时必须遵循的卫生守则。认真学习和贯彻落实这些规章制度,对于加强全军卫生工作,促进我军现代化、正规化建设,有着重要的意义。
General Ministry of Health recently published the “Compilation of Rules and Regulations on Health and Anti-epidemic Troops” and issued the health departments at all levels throughout the PLA. The “Compilation” includes a series of rules and regulations on health and epidemic prevention successively issued by the Central Military Commission and the General Staff Department, the General Rear Office and the General Administration of Post and Health Ministry in recent years, and at the same time appendixes the rules and regulations on health and epidemic prevention issued by the state. This is one of the results of the chaotic reform of health work after the smashing of the “gang of four.” These rules and regulations are a valuable summary of the historical experience of the PLA’s work on epidemic prevention and epidemic prevention for decades. They are the code of hygiene that the military must follow when carrying out various tasks. Studying and implementing these rules and regulations seriously is of great significance to strengthening the health work of the entire army and promoting the modernization and formalization of our army.
