随着经济的快速发展,社会竞争越来越激烈,大学生处于心理敏感期,容易被生活中的负面情绪所影响,而健康的心理是大学生成为国家栋梁的重要保障。音乐可以使人心旷神怡,通过音乐教育的方式疏导大学生心理的消极情绪,增强大学生心理承受压力,通过音乐的欣赏,使大学生情绪得到正确的宣泄,抒发情感,调整心理状态。本文从当今大学生心理健康现状、影响大学生心理健康因素等方面着手,阐释音乐教育对大学生健康心理重构的重要作用。
With the rapid economic development, the social competition is more and more fierce. Undergraduates are in a period of psychological sensitivity and are easily influenced by the negative emotions in life. Healthy mentality is an important guarantee for college students to become pillars of the country. Music can make people feel relaxed and happy, through the way of music education to divert the college students’ psychological negative emotions, enhance college students psychological pressure, through the appreciation of music, college students emotional correct vent, express emotion, adjust the mental state. This article starts with the current situation of undergraduates ’mental health and the factors influencing the mental health of undergraduates, and explains the important role of music education in the reconstruction of undergraduates’ healthy psychology.
