采用正交分析方法,选取基层厚度、基层模量和底基层模量作为主要影响因素对沥青路面不同类型基层设计参数进行计算分析。路面结构设计中关键因素的正交敏感分析表明,各结构因素的敏感性大小排列为基层厚度>底基层模量>基层模量;路面承载力计算结果表明,路面承载能力大小排列为刚性基层>半刚性基层>柔性基层。考虑路表弯沉、基层层底拉应力、底基层层底拉应力3项指标和路面的经济性,提出了3种基层类型下沥青路面推荐厚度值。
Orthogonal analysis method is used to calculate the design parameters of different types of grassroots asphalt pavement as the main influencing factors by selecting the base thickness, base modulus and base layer modulus. Orthogonal sensitivity analysis of the key factors in the pavement structure design shows that the sensitivity of each structural factor is arranged as the thickness of the basement> the modulus of the base layer> the modulus of the base layer. The calculated results of the pavement bearing capacity show that the carrying capacity of the pavement is arranged in the order of the rigid basement> Semi-rigid base> Flexible base. Considering the deflection of the road surface, the tensile stress at the base layer and the tensile stress at the base layer, the recommended thickness of the asphalt pavement is proposed based on the three types of grassroots.
