3.1.2同轴性散光双眼散光轴位同为90或180,为特殊类型的对称性散光。3.1.3非对称性同向散光双眼散光轴位之和大于或小于180,双眼同为顺律、逆律或斜位散光,如:115/80、a65/5、180/15等。根据轴位性质又可以分为:3.1.3.1同向顺律散光,如近视180/30或远视120/85等。可进一步分为:①同向顺律异区散光,如近视5/155或远视95/65等。②同向顺律同区散光,如:近视5/25或远视95/115等。3.1.3.2同向逆律散光,如近视90/65或远视5/150等。①同向逆律异区散光,如近视115/85或远视25/175等。②同向逆律同区散光,如近视65/85或远视150/175等。3.1.3.3同向斜向散光,如:55/145等。
