沿海开放城市中劳动密集型企业留人之策,主要应通过改善政治环境、工作环境、生活环境和人际环境等来吸引和稳定员工。近年以来,沿海开放城市由于国内外经济形势和各种因素的影响,“招工难、用工荒”已经不是一个罕见现象。尽管部分企业接受的海外订单量并没有增加,甚至还有所下滑,但企业招工难的局面并没有改善,这和以往订单多才用工紧张、订单少用工则少的情况形成了鲜明对比。面对如此局面,沿海开放城市如何打好用工牌成为目前急迫的问题,如何招到员工、留住员工等一系列的问题摆在眼前,
