2009年以来,特别是2011年一事一议财政奖补工作纳入民生工程以来,安徽省宿州市各级财政部门大力宣传发动,科学制定方案,精心组织实施,开展调度点评,强化督查考核,积极推进一事一议财政奖补工作。(一)初步构建了以宣传发动、规划引导、议事筹资、申报审批、组织实施、调度点评、督促检查、验收考评为主要内容的八位一体、环环相扣的工作体系。
