近段时间,“不让曹德旺跑了”的论调频繁见诸于各类纸媒和新媒体,事情缘由是曹德旺把自家企业玻璃制造工厂生产基地转移到美国去,成为了时事热点,并引起了整个社会关于中国企业制造业面临的重担、危机及未来发展的思考。目前中国制造企业的成本正在逐步攀升,其生存环境与基本要素一直在变化。应该怎样管理制造企业成本正成为关注的焦点。本文从制造企业的成本管理现状分析出发,意图探讨减少制造企业成本,提高管理效率的方法,以更好地促进制造企业的科学管理、增进其利益,从而促进经济的发展。
Recently, the argument that Cao Dewang ran away frequently appeared in various types of paper media and new media. The reason for this was that Cao Dewang shifted his production base of glass manufacturing factories to the United States and became a hot issue of the current affairs. The entire community on the Chinese manufacturing enterprises are facing the burden, crisis and future development thinking. At present, the cost of Chinese manufacturing enterprises is gradually rising, and its living environment and basic elements have been changing. How to manage manufacturing costs is becoming the focus of attention. Based on the analysis of the status quo of cost management in manufacturing enterprises, this article intends to explore ways to reduce the cost of manufacturing enterprises and improve management efficiency in order to better promote the scientific management of manufacturing enterprises, enhance their interests, and promote economic development.
