根据金刚石钻头制造工艺及坚硬岩石物理性能的要求,测定和分析了国产人造金刚石单晶的性能,提出了用人造金刚石单晶制造孕镶钻头解决硬地层取心难题的新途径。作者研究了硬地层单晶孕镶钻头的合理结构形式、技术参数和制造工艺。从台架试验及现场应用论证了用人造金刚石单晶制造孕镶钻头的可能性和必要性,预示了人造金刚石单晶孕镶钻头在硬地层取心的应用前景。
According to the requirements of diamond bit manufacturing technology and hard rock physical properties, the properties of domestic synthetic diamond single crystal were measured and analyzed. A new way of making diamond bit with diamond core to solve hard core coring problem was proposed. The author has studied the reasonable structure form, technical parameters and manufacturing process of hard ground single crystal implanted drill bits. The feasibility and necessity of using diamond-like diamond to manufacture impregnated drill bits are demonstrated from bench test and field application, which indicates the application prospect of artificial diamond single-crystal impregnated drill bits in hard formation coring.
