为研究具有非线性热容特点的被动式相变蓄能建筑的蓄能调温特性,建立理想被动式蓄能建筑的热性能简化数学模型,提出自然室温分布频率、最高频率自然室温、设定自然室温保证率、相变材料利用率等反映被动式相变蓄能建筑热特性的评价指标,可比较得出被动式相变蓄能建筑与常物性蓄能建筑的热性能差异。与被动式常物性蓄能建筑相比,相变蓄能建筑可显著提高相变温度附近的自然室温保证率。常物性蓄能建筑的最高频率自然室温出现在平均室温附近,而相变蓄能建筑的最高频率自然室温出现在相变温度附近。
In order to study the characteristics of energy storage and temperature control in a passive phase-change energy storage building with nonlinear heat capacity, a simplified mathematical model of thermal performance of an ideal passive energy storage building is established. The natural room temperature distribution frequency, the highest frequency natural room temperature, Guarantee rate and utilization ratio of phase change material, which can reflect the thermal characteristics of passive phase change energy storage buildings can be compared to obtain the thermal performance difference between passive phase change energy storage buildings and ordinary physical energy storage buildings. Compared with passive constant-current energy storage buildings, phase-change energy storage buildings can significantly improve the natural room temperature assurance ratio near the phase transition temperature. The highest natural frequency of natural property storage buildings appears in the vicinity of the average room temperature, while the highest frequency of the highest frequency of phase-change storage buildings appears near the phase transition temperature.
