1980年元月,我们成功地手术治疗一例罕见的特大肾积水,切除肾脏约40×30×30厘米大小,重达21公斤,积水21000毫升.现报导如下:患者张××,男性,60岁,职工,住院号:(肿)2926.1979年12月14日,因腰酸伴腹块三十余年住本院.自述每隔1-2年出现左腰部剧烈胀疼,每次发作持续达1月之久.发病以来,从无尿频、尿急、尿痛、血尿等症状,亦无肾绞痛史.近一年来腹大如鼓,活动困难,影响生活.
