前言少年儿童的乒乓球训练,应在全面身体训练的基础上,发展专项身体素质,为技术水平的提高打下坚实的身体基础。乒乓球运动的特点是球小、速度快、变化多,是一项对专项素质水平要求很高的项目。速度和灵敏是乒乓球不可缺少的两大素质,它们涉及的因素很多,什么样的训练手段才是发展它们的最好方法呢?这是当前少年儿童业余体校乒乓球专项素质训练中需要解决的问题。但是,教练员往往是根据自己的经验主观判断,而不能较准确的定量。笔者曾多年从事少儿乒乓球训练工作,深有此感。
