目的:全面摸清家底、推进油品升级、完善产业政策【本刊讯】国家发改委网站10月15日发布消息称,国家发改委近日印发《关于开展炼油行业普查工作的通知》,计划自9月底开始用两个月时间,对全国范围内(台港澳除外)所有石油加工企业等进行普查。中国石油和化学工业联合会副会长李润生10月16日在接受记者采访时表示,除全面了解和掌握我国炼油产业现状外,普查还将推进油品质量升级、推动相关政策进一步完善。
