目的探讨蜂灵胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法以小鼠为实验对象,分别以100、200、400mg/kgBW 3个剂量组的蜂灵胶囊给予小鼠灌胃30~35天,进行脾淋巴细胞转化、迟发型变态反应、抗体生成细胞、血清溶血素、碳廓清、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞、NK细胞活性等7项免疫指标的测定。结果各剂量组的各项检测结果与阴性对照组比较,均能刺激小鼠脾淋巴细胞增值、转化作用,促进小鼠迟发型变态反应,提高小鼠抗体生成细胞数和血清溶血素水平,增强小鼠的单核-腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬和碳廓清能力,但对小鼠NK细胞活性功能无明显作用。结论提示蜂灵胶囊具有增强小鼠免疫功能作用。
Objective To investigate the regulation of bee Ling capsule on immune function in mice. METHODS: Mice were used as experimental subjects, and mice were given intragastric administration for 30 to 35 days with 100, 200, 400 mg/kg BW of 3 doses of bee ling capsules for lymphocyte transformation, delayed hypersensitivity, and antibody-producing cells. Serum hemolysin, carbon clearance, peritoneal macrophages phagocytized chicken red blood cells, NK cell activity and other seven immune indicators were measured. Results Compared with the negative control group, each test result of each dose group could stimulate the increase and transformation of mouse spleen lymphocytes, promote the mice’s late-type hypersensitivity, increase the number of antibody-producing cells and serum hemolysin levels, and enhance The mononuclear-peritoneal macrophages of mice were phagocytosed and carbon cleared, but had no significant effect on the activity of mouse NK cells. The conclusion suggests that Bee Ling capsule can enhance the immune function of mice.
