本文介绍了磁化电解渗硫工艺和渗硫层的组织、性能,并对服役不同时间的磁化渗硫零件的表面形貌等进行了观察和分析,同时还探讨了磁场的作用。作者认为,磁化电解渗硫是很有发展前途的一种新工艺。
In this paper, the magnetization electrolytic sulfurization process and the structure and properties of the sulfurized layer are introduced. The surface morphology of the magnetized sulfurized components at different times of service is also observed and analyzed. Meanwhile, the effect of the magnetic field is also discussed. The author believes that magnetizing electrolytic sulfurization is a promising new technology.
