在小学数学的教育教学中,课后作业的布置是较为重要的教学环节之一,是对课堂的教学效率与学生的接受程度的有效检验手段。新课标改革以来,数学课后作业的实施效果并不那尽如人意,传统的作业布置的手段阻碍了学生的个体发展,不利于学校的教学质量的提高。随着学生在作业完成情况方面上越来越明显的差距,教师也越来越意识到分层作业在数学作业布置方面的重要性。小学数学作业布置的分层设计方式是目前在教育界较为重视的科学的管理手段,应该对其实践运用给出一定的研究策略。文章主要从目前在小学数学作业布置中存在的现实问题出发,本着“以人为本”的原则,研究出分层作业设计模式在数学教学中运用的实效性策略。
In primary school mathematics education and teaching, homework assignments are one of the more important teaching links, and it is an effective test to classroom teaching efficiency and students’ acceptability. Since the reform of the new curriculum standard, the implementation effect of homework after mathematics is not satisfactory. The traditional arrangement of homework hinders the individual development of students and is not conducive to the improvement of teaching quality in schools. As students become more and more aware of the job completion status, teachers are also increasingly aware of the importance of job placement in math homework assignments. The hierarchical design of primary school mathematics assignments is a scientific management method that is more important in the education sector at present, and some research strategies should be given to its practical application. Based on the current practical problems in the layout of math homework in primary schools, this paper studies the practical tactics of using the hierarchical homework design pattern in maths teaching based on the principle of “putting people first”.
