首先评价了规范中轴载换算方法的不足之处,针对沥青路面结构的主要病害形式进行针对性的设计;其次通过对设再生面层的沥青路面结构型式进行调研,得出设再生面层路面结构的主要病害形式,提出以半刚性基层层底拉应力、裂缝尖端应力强度因子和路表弯沉值为指标的轴载换算;最后通过荷载作用等效原则,进行轴载换算公式的理论推导,得出轴载换算系数。结果表明,采用以半刚性基层层底拉应力和路表弯沉为指标的轴载换算系数与规范给定的换算系数较为接近,可近似采用规范中规定的轴载换算公式,而采用裂缝尖端应力强度因子的轴载换算系数较规范中规定的弯沉等效原则所得换算系数偏小。
