水泥混凝土路面以其强度高和使用寿命长等优点,已经得到了广泛的应用。但是,水泥混凝土路面的断板和裂缝问题仍然没有得到根本解决,本文是对水泥混凝土路面产生断板和裂缝的原因作如下分析: 一、产生断板和裂缝的原因 (1)路基基础的影响。由于路基压实时局部未达到质量标准,或填筑路基的材料不符合标准,或在路基尚未完成自然沉降便急于开始水泥混凝土路面的施工,使路基产生不均匀沉降,发生断板。还有一种情况经常发生在挖方段。地下水位过高,地质条件差,路基含水量过高,使路基强度降低,承载力下降,使水泥混凝土路面产生较大的变形荷载而导致断板。另外,在北方地区,路基的冻胀也是产生断板的重要原因。
Cement concrete pavement has been widely used for its advantages of high strength and long service life. However, the problem of breaking slabs and cracks on cement concrete pavement has still not been fundamentally solved. This paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of broken slabs and cracks on cement concrete pavement as follows: 1. Reasons for the generation of broken slabs and cracks (1) Influence of subgrade foundations . Because the subgrade pressure does not meet the quality standards in real time, or the materials used to fill the subgrade are not up to the standard, or the subgrade has not yet completed the natural settlement, it will rush to start the construction of the cement concrete pavement, causing uneven settlement of the subgrade, resulting in broken plates. Another situation often occurs in excavation sections. The groundwater level is too high, the geological conditions are poor, and the water content of the roadbed is too high. As a result, the strength of the roadbed is reduced, the bearing capacity is reduced, and a large deformation load on the cement concrete road surface results in the breakage of the slab. In addition, in the northern regions, the frost heave of the roadbed is also an important reason for the breakage.
