Objective: To establish the biological reference interval of the parameters of venous blood cells for military pilots. Methods: 509 military pilots identified in our center were enrolled in this study. Venous blood was collected in the morning fasting for 2ml. Blood cell parameters were detected by automatic hematology analyzer and reagent kit. The biological reference parameters of venous blood cells of military pilots were preliminarily determined and analyzed Flight intensity, the impact of flight time on its reference interval. Results: The ratio of WBC (4.58 ~ 9.45) × 10 ~ 9 / L, NEUT% 37.90% ~ 64.00%, LYM% 26.50% ~ 49.70%, monocytes Percent MONO% from 4.99% to 10.00%, Eos% from 0.70% to 6.96%, Basophil% from 0.10% to 0.90%, Immature RBC% (RBC) (4.53 ~ 5.92) × 10 ~ (12) / L, hemoglobin (HGB) of 139 ~ 169g / L and hematocrit (HCT) of 41.10% ~ 51.70% .The mean erythrocyte volume (MCV) (83.20 ~ 94.30) fl, platelet count (PLT) (160 ~ 302) × 10 ~ 9 / L. Flight strength and flight time have some impact on the leukocyte composition and erythrocyte related parameters of military pilots, but the values are in the normal range. Conclusion: There are some differences between the normal biological reference intervals of the parameters of the venous blood cells of military pilots and those of the normal healthy adults. The establishment of biological reference intervals of the blood cell parameters is of good reference value for the physical examination and military examination of our military pilots.
