塑性变形指数和变形力是工程上常用的一些数据,由于公式复杂,在計算上就得借助于数学計算方法,运用計算尺来完成。要掌握这种計算就必須有一定的技术理論水平,才能合理的运用計算公式。为了能減輕这一繁重的数字計算,并使它能更广泛的被生产工人所运用。所以我們探求以圖算(或称諾模圖),方法来計算。算圖是为了必須經常做計算的公式而繪制的,在做大量計算时,应用計算圖可以节省时間和簡化計算工作,此外也可以用它从性質上分析所代表函数間的关系。 (一)可圖算韵变形指数和变形力的計算公式 1.变形指数:
