目的:进行二色锦鸡儿根的生药学鉴别研究,为四川省藏药材标准的制订提供参考。方法:采用生药学常规方法,进行二色锦鸡儿根的原植物、性状、显微鉴别,组织粉末图用显微描绘镜绘制;薄层色谱鉴别参照2010年版中国药典附录方法进行。结果:鉴定了植物来源,确定了药材性状、组织构造上的主要鉴别特征,建立了薄层色谱鉴别方法。结论:为二色锦鸡儿根药材质量标准的制订奠定了基础。
OBJECTIVE: To study the biopharmaceutical identification of Caragana korshinskii roots and provide a reference for the formulation of standards for Tibetan medicinal materials in Sichuan Province. Methods: The crude plants, traits and microscopic identification of Caragana korshinskii roots were made by the routine method of crude pharmacy. The powder images of the tissues were drawn by microscopic drawing mirror. The identification by TLC was based on the appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010. Results: The source of plant was identified, the main distinguishing characteristics of medicinal materials and tissues were identified, and the identification method of TLC was established. Conclusion: It laid the foundation for formulating the quality standard of Caragana korshinskii.
