航空制造业代表着国家的综合实力,是产业升级的前沿阵地。现代企业的专业化分工造成信息不对称,技术创新需要完善的激励性合约。本文通过构造多项任务委托代理模型,分析风险与收益的相互制衡,揭示航空工业中企业与科研人员之间的产权分配状况。同时,结合国外先进经验,阐述国内航空制造业股权激励制度的发展方向。
Aviation manufacturing industry represents the overall strength of the country, is the forefront of industrial upgrading. The division of labor in modern enterprises has led to asymmetric information, and technological innovations need sound incentive contracts. This article constructs a number of task principal-agent models, analyzes the checks and balances between risks and benefits, and reveals the distribution of property rights between enterprises and researchers in the aviation industry. At the same time, combined with advanced foreign experience, explain the development of domestic aviation manufacturing equity incentive system.
