目的 研究影响高增塑聚氨酯 ( PU) /聚甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯 ( PGMA)同步互穿网络 ( SIN)力学性能的因素 ,寻求最佳力学性能配方 .方法 制备不同配方的样品 ,对其进行拉伸试验以及动态力学分析 .结果与结论 改变 PU与 PGMA的组成比 ,SIN的拉伸强度和延伸率呈非单调变化 ,在 PU含量为 60 %附近时出现极大值 .在体系中引入 PGMA组分的交联剂及引入网间接枝剂均使体系的交联密度上升 ,导致抗张强度升高 ,断裂伸长率下降
OBJECTIVE To study the factors that affect the mechanical properties of PU / PGMA interpenetrating networks (SIN), and to find out the best mechanical performance formula.Methods Samples with different formulations were prepared, Tensile test and dynamic mechanical analysis.RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS To change the composition ratio of PU and PGMA, the tensile strength and elongation of SIN show a non-monotonous change, and the maximum appears when the content of PU is about 60% .In the system, PGMA The cross-linking agent of the component and the introduction of the inter-gateway grafting agent all increase the crosslinking density of the system, resulting in the increase of the tensile strength and the decrease of the elongation at break
