一、前言炸药索用于飞行器的分离,具有很多明显的优点:可靠性高、同步性好、电爆装置数量少、电源消耗省、重量轻、分离面密封使用安全,勤务处理方便等。我们采用自行研制的橡胶型聚能炸药索,作为分离元件,取得了良好的效果。为了确保产品质量,使炸药索满足一定可靠性的要求,在设计和验收两个阶段正确使用可靠性设计方法,具有重要意义。
I. Introduction Explosive cord is used for the separation of aircraft. It has many obvious advantages: high reliability, good synchronization, small number of power explosion devices, low power consumption, light weight, safe use of split surface seals and convenient service handling. We use self-developed rubber-type poly explosives cable, as a separate component, and achieved good results. In order to ensure the quality of the products and make the explosive cables meet the requirements of certain reliability, it is of great importance to use the reliability design method correctly in the design and acceptance stages.
