结合寒冷地区某办公楼地源热泵项目,介绍了浅层地热地质条件的测试结果。土壤热平衡分析结果表明,如果地源热泵机组全年向岩土体排热量为1.425TJ,经过一个制冷季和一个供暖季后,岩土体温度升高幅度为0.30℃。运行数据分析结果表明,地源热泵冷凝器与蒸发器进出口温差在运行过程中通常小于设计温差,造成水泵能耗偏高,建议采用定温差、水泵变频调节的控制方式。
Combined with the ground source heat pump project of an office building in cold area, the test results of shallow geothermal geological conditions are introduced. Soil heat balance analysis results show that if the ground source heat pump unit to the rock mass body heat emissions for the year 1.425TJ, after a cooling season and a heating season, rock and soil temperature rise of 0.30 ℃. Operating data analysis results show that the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the ground-source heat pump condenser and the evaporator is usually smaller than the design temperature difference during operation, resulting in high energy consumption of the pump. It is suggested to adopt the control method of constant temperature difference and pump frequency conversion regulation.
