自然资源既是社会生产活动必需的基本要素,又是国民经济发展必需的物质条件,因此其有效的价格调节体系显得异常重要。目前我国自然资源的价格体系总体上说尚不能适应经济社会发展的要求,存在着若干难以克服的问题。从自然资源利用的现实出发,分析资源价格存在的问题,有助于构建我国合理的资源价格体系,实现其本身的有效变革。
Natural resources are not only the necessary basic elements of social productive activities, but also the necessary material conditions for the development of the national economy. Therefore, the effective price adjustment system is of great importance. At present, the price system of natural resources in our country as a whole still can not meet the requirements of economic and social development. There are a number of difficult issues to be overcome. Starting from the reality of the utilization of natural resources, analyzing the existing problems of resource prices helps to build a rational resource price system in our country and realize its own effective transformation.
