随着我国改革开放的深入,促进了食品生产、经营和饮食行业的迅速发展,但是,目前饮食行业和公共场所的食(饮)餐具卫生状况令人担忧。为了解我区饮食行业的餐具消毒效果,把好病从口入关,有效地控制肠道传染病的流行,确保人民的身体健康,进一步强化全民的饮食卫生意识,同时为了贯彻落实1997年全国《食品卫生法》宣传周活动中的主题“餐具与健康”。我们从5月5日至5月25日,对我区部分县(市)各类饭店共832份餐具进行了消毒效果的监测。

In order to understand the disinfection effect of tableware in the catering industry in our district, to control the epidemic of intestinal infectious diseases effectively from the point of entry, ensure the health of the people and further strengthen the people’s awareness of food hygiene. At the same time, in order to implement the national “Food hygiene law” propaganda week activities in the theme of “tableware and health.” From May 5 to May 25, we monitored the disinfection effect of a total of 832 tableware at various restaurants in some districts (districts) of our county.
