对柳州第二空压机总厂青工的思想状况调查表明,青年不满意工作现状,认同竞争上岗方式,能轻松处理人际关系,强调学习,注重充电;大部分青工把提高收入列为首位问题;不管是自信还是悲观,都关心企业的发展,多数青年认可团组织开展的“五小”活动,多数团员和青年愿意争当表率和积极参与志愿服务活动。
A survey on the ideological status of young workers in the No.2 Air Compressor Plant in Liuzhou shows that young people are not satisfied with the current situation of work and agree with the way of competing for appointment. They can easily handle interpersonal relationships, emphasize on study and pay attention to charging. Most young workers give top priority to increasing their incomes Problems; no matter be confident or pessimistic, are concerned about the development of enterprises, most of the Youth Recognition League organizations to carry out the “five small” activities, most members and young people are willing to compete for the list and actively participate in voluntary service activities.
