取得教师资格证考试合格证明的考生在规定时间内登录中国教师资格证网进行教师资格证申请认定并现场确认及到指定医院进行体检。申请认定流程为:网上申请——现场确认——体格检查——做出结论四大步骤。一、网上报名申请考生需登录教师资格网由“全国统考合格申请人网报入口”进入系统,首次进入需按步骤进行注册。正确填写本人真实姓名、身份证号和考试合格证明编号,再选择认定机构与确认点,阅读注意事项。
