新疆建设兵团建筑业积极响应国家“走出去”战略,自2002年兵团建工集团首次跨入海外市场之后,陆续在巴基斯坦、阿联酋、哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦、蒙古、俄罗斯、阿尔及利亚、塞拉利昂、安哥拉、布隆迪等十多个国家承接海外工程项目。8年境外国际承包工程的发展,已经形成了具有兵团特色的建筑业国际承包工程发展方式,在企业经营方式和具体工程管理和承包方式上,已经探索成了一些适应兵团企业国际承包工程发展的思路。
Construction Corps of Xinjiang Construction Corps actively responded to the strategy of “going global”. Since Corps Construction Engineering Group first entered the overseas market in 2002, the construction industry of Xinjiang Corps has successively established strategic cooperation with Pakistan, UAE, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Russia, Algeria, Sierra Leone, Angola, Burundi and more than 10 countries to undertake overseas projects. In the past eight years, the development of international contracted projects abroad has formed a pattern of development of international contracting projects in the construction industry with characteristics of Corps. In terms of business operation mode, concrete project management and contracting methods, it has been explored as a way to adapt to the development of international contracted projects of Corps enterprises Ideas.
