本文从分析权力资本的涵义出发，阐述了权力带来金钱的两种实现形式，即权力转化为商品和权力转化为资本以及各自转化所需的条件。作者还进一步分析了我国权力转化为资本的发展过程和发展的三个阶段：以权谋私是权力资本形成的第一阶段，权力转化为商品是第二阶段，权力腐败是权力资本化最终形成的阶段。最后，作者归纳并深入分析了权力资本的五种主要表现形式：经营型权力资本，信息型权力资本，信用型权力资本，征敛型权力资本，职位效应型权力资本。作者认为，防止权力资本化的根本途径是改革与完善市场经济下的权力运行机制。
Based on the analysis of the meaning of power capital, this paper elaborates two forms of realization of power by money, that is, the conversion of power into the necessary conditions for the conversion of commodities and power into capital and their respective transformations. The author further analyzes the three stages of the process of power conversion into capital in our country: private ownership of power is the first phase of the formation of power capital, and the conversion of power into commodity is the second phase. Power corruption is the final stage of capital formation. Finally, the author summarizes and analyzes in depth five main manifestations of power capital: management power capital, information power capital, credit power capital, constricted power capital, job-effect power capital. The author believes that the fundamental way to prevent the capitalization of power is to reform and perfect the power operating mechanism under the market economy.
